How do I Register / Request Access to the Support Portal?

On the Login/Register page select the Request Access link and fill in the form that is presented. A valid license file is required because it gives details of your company and maintenance status of your Theorem Products.

 

How long does the Registration Process for Support Portal access take?

You will normally informed if your request is successful within 24 hours, however if your request was made over a weekend or during a national holiday it will be longer than this. If you need to place a support call with us quicker than this please email details to support@theorem.com or support-usa@theorem.com

 

I have forgotten my password how do I reset it?

On the Login/Register page select the Forgotten Password link and fill in the form that is presented. You should receive your new password within 24 hours, however if your request was made over a weekend or during a national holiday it will be longer than this.

 

Who can place a support call through the Support Portal?

Anybody who is a registered contact for a company that has purchased and has a current maintenance contract for one or more Theorem products.
